10 weeks ago, I postedabout my dear friend and former student Savana, who was in a head-on collision.
In the 48 hours that followed, we were told she wouldn’t make it.
70 days later, she is still with us. But it has not been smooth sailing.
She is now in a rehabilitation facility as they work with her and try to bring her fully out of her coma. There have been high points and low points.
But she is alive. Eye and body movement has occurred. The swelling in her brain has decreased. And her life is making a huge difference in the lives of others.
I wanted to write again today to ask for prayers for Savana and her family. We are still praying and believing for a full recovery for Savana, but the journey is taking its toll on everyone.
Along with Savana’s healing, please pray for strength, comfort and rest for her family. Pray that they will feel the hands of God wrapped around them, holding them up and carrying them through.
Still clinging to the same verse since the beginning…
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
Thank you for joining me in prayer!

Remain in that right hand of authority and allow Him to do His work through the left hand of prayer. Thanks for sharing and allowing us the chance to pray with you. I encourage you to share with Gathering Inspirit, so other ladies may become aware of this need.
Have a blessed week. I am enjoying getting to know you through Twitter and your blog.

That’s wonderful. God is good!
I’m praying with you too, and that is my very favorite Scripture. He will uphold you!
