Big J is the Big 4!

Four years ago, at this time in the morning, we were planning on a “normal” delivery of our first child. I had been induced, not much was happening other than feeling uncomfortable, but we thought it would just take a while.

But by early afternoon, things were not going so smoothly, our baby’s heart rate had dropped and wasn’t coming back up, and I was rushed down for an emergency c-section.

At 2:27 p.m., we became parents for the first time to healthy little boy (praise the Lord and thank the doctors!)…

Our Little J grew…

and grew…

into our Big J…

And today we celebrate his 4th birthday!!!

Big J – Each day with you is full of love and adventure, and we look forward to many, many more adventures!

And I forgot to wish Mama a big Happy Bday too………my hubby always says on my 8yo dd bday that it is my birthday too because I became a Mommy for the first time!
