Someday Saturday: 50 States

I like to travel. I don’t like to pack – Stephen is REALLY good at that – but I love most everything else about traveling. And I think road trips are fun. Not always – ok, rarely – with kids as young as ours. But still – I think they are fun.

So someday…

I would like to to be able to say we took our kids to all fifty states.

I just love the idea of seeing the whole country. I am a sight-seer. I love history. I think every state has something for us to enjoy.

I know this won’t mean much to the kids until they are much older, but it sounds lovely to me. And I hope someday they will think so too.

Or just think it was cool.

(For the record, they have officially been to five. They’re young.)
