***For those of you who are sick of all these giveaways, my actual birthday is tomorrow so it will all be done then! For the rest of you, read on, enter and come back for tomorrow’s final birthday week giveaway! And have you entered the other three here, here and here yet?!***

So, so much to be thankful for in my twenties and I know exactly who I owe it all to – my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. My faith has grown and changed so much over the last ten years and I am hungry for more of Him all the time.

He has also opened my eyes to the incredible blessings around me…

*My amazing, handsome, intelligent, hard-working, perfect-match-for-me hubby and the eight years we’ve been married – each one getting better and better.

*The boys that stretch and challenge me every day but make me laugh and smile and marvel at the wonder of God’s gift of them to us.

*The gift of staying home to take care of these three men and the ways He continually grows me as a wife, mother and homemaker.

*Our wonderful extended family and beautiful friends who make us feel loved and blessed every day.

I count these blessings and many, many more every Monday along with Ann, but I had to include them in today’s post, because without my time with Him – Creator, Father, Savior, Friend – I might not even be able to see these blessings for what they are.

And today’s giveaways are all items to enhance and deepen, even encourage more of, that time with Him…

Holy Bible: Mosaic – Tyndale House

I know, I know, another Bible…but I really love what this Bible has to offer. The actual Bible section is the New Living Translation, my current favorite, but the part the sets this Bible apart is the front section: 53 weeks of weekly meditations to go along with church seasons. The material for these meditations has been pulled from all over the world and across the centuries of Christian tradition, and also includes artwork and reflection space for you to journal.

I first checked out the material for this week of Lent, and then looked at the verses I was studying from James today. This Bible can be used so that you can read based on the weekly section, or just as you regularly would with referrals back to the reflections that correspond with those verses. Today: James 5:7-9, which led me to some fascinating thoughts on awaiting the Lord’s return. I love that this Bible expands my view of Christianity – both historically and culturally.

You can take a look for yourself at a section of this Bible online! (Yes, it’s the Advent section, but you’ll get the idea!)

Common Prayer – Zondervan

Prayer…an area I long to be more intentional and active in, so Common Prayer definitely caught my eye.

A little more about it from Zondervan…

Broken into easy-to-follow sections, Common Prayer is accessible to someone who’s followed the Christian faith their whole life and someone who’s never held a Bible in their hands. Divided into segments for different parts of the day, Common Prayer aims to connect people of faith around the globe, across cultures, theologies and continents. For one year, they will be praying the same prayers every day and subsequently discover the richness and power in this tradition. Common Prayer contains the following:
*Evening prayers: Seven prayers; one for each night of the week

*Morning prayers: 365 prayers; one for each morning of the year

*Midday prayer: One prayer; to pray during the day throughout the year

*Occasional prayers: Multiple prayers; to be used on special occasions like holidays and gatherings

*Songbook: Collection of best-loved songs of faith from all around the world

I am anxious to incorporate this into my day and share with others who are praying these prayers as well.
