Today is our actual blogiversary!
(And a somewhat Wordless Wednesday, right?!)
Two years ago today, we were just starting out on our medical school journey and I was in my first few months of staying at home, hoping to keep family and friends updated on where we were going and what we were doing with a little blog.
A lot can change in two years, huh?!
Here’s just a few snapshots.
The beginning:
The first year:
And the second:
Thanks for walking with us these past two years!
Hope you’ll stick around for many more!

And we’ll be back with another one tomorrow! Have fun!
Happy Blogaversary Erin. 🙂 Um, the last two years . . . gracious! Where do I start? Two years doesn’t seem very long until you start calculating the change, huh?
We’ve lived in PA for a little over two years and I have to say the biggest change is our adaptation to the weather. When we visited family in NC last month we couldn’t stop talking about how hot it was! And those pesky mosquitoes!
EVERYTHING has changed in the last two years – the munchkin is 2 1/2 now! But I’m enjoying every minute of it – well, not the temper tantrums, but you know what I mean. 🙂
The past two years have been big – not only with all the family changes with the boys growing up, but just with my attitude and contentment. The Lord has really worked in my life in the past couple years!
I love the “how great is our God” necklace! And I love all her earrings, too!
and I subscribe to you via google reader!
In the last two years my oldest has started school, and my littlest boy has changed from a baby to a very unique preschooler! My husband changed jobs, and my sister just moved an hour away from us – it’s the closest we have ever lived to family! Two years can bring about such change 🙂
I would pick the two names necklace!

Like you, we welcomed our second son into our life. We have moved…just a few times (haha). Changed MOPS groups. Had some ups and downs and a lot of fun. And I gained a lot of weight and have lost over 40 of the pounds now.
In other words…a lot.
I really like the j’adore necklace with the red heart. I think it would be fitting for me since all of my boys are born in July so that’s a very special month in my heart.

Over the past 2 years, several things have changed my life – 1. My church, 2. The birth of my son in 2008, 3. My 4 year old starting preschool and learning to read/write, and 4. My husband – he’s amazing and is always changing me (for the good) just by being him.

Two years ago I had 3 kids, ages 7, 5 and 3. 1 girl and 2 boys and life was great and full and finally getting easier.
Only to find out I was pregnant again! With another boy! Our lives have been turned upside down these last 20 months since Bennett arrived! 🙂 Thank you God for unplanned but welcome pregnancies!
I adore the Angels Sang necklace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi! In the last two years, I have had a baby, changed from full-time to part-time work, took my first out-of-country, passport-required vacation, gotten pregnant again (due in 6 weeks)….. lots of change! =)
The last two years in my life have included 2 beautiful children (ages 1 and 2 1/2), working two full time jobs. (One being an EMT) plus coming home and being a mommy….numerous dr visits for colds and ear infections, ACL surgery, overcoming depression and last but not least spending as much time as possible with my wonderful and gracious husband and the kids.
What has changed in the past two years…well its all changed basically this year. In June 2010, my oldest son graduated high school. This month, my oldest son will start college, my middle son will be a sophomore in high school and my baby girl started kindergarten yesterday. This October on Halloween, my husband and I will celebrate 18 yrs of marriage.
My hubby & I are still emotional over our baby starting kinder yesterday. She is our last baby birdie to start her school career.

I would choose a necklace where I could show off the 4 most important people in my husband Rhett, daughter Adrian, daughter Peyton and son Keagan my life might not have the meaning it does now. I will forever be thankful 🙂
My favorite necklace is the “I love you more”.

Let’s see…in the past two years..
My youngest was diagnosed with mulitple food allergies -causing me to drastically change the way I cook – and with asthma, which flares up a few times a year
Hubby got a new job and we moved to a new city
I struggled with medical issues and intense pain for probably two years, only to learn one week before the move that I needed a hysterectomy — the sooner, the better
I’ve become quite familiar with the ERs around here
We’ve had a lot of changes, but most of them have been for the better. Especially the move. =) God has been good to us – even with some of our struggles, He’s been there to lift us up and bring us through.
you’re in my google reader.
I like the “two tabs” necklace and “I shoot people”. Lovely products!
I had a baby 2 years ago and became a stay at home mom too… its been a wonderful 2 years!! 😀
Erin;
My last two years seem to have been more on the other end of the “parenting” spectrum. My oldest daughter is 25 and just celebrated her one year wedding annivesary after marrying in beautiful Kauai last July. My 19 year old twins (boy and girl) graduated from high school and went on to college. My husband and I decided to “simplify” life, sold our home, downsized majorly (now in an apartment) and are saving to move to San Diego from South Carolina so we can be closer to my oldest when grandkids appear on the scene. I am now pursuing a career in photography since my hours are much more flexible and have left high school counseling… Wow… a LOT can happen in two years, that’s for sure!
I would get the I shoot people necklace or the Capture life one!!!
I “like” the Rusted Chain on Facebook! 😀

I’m already a “liker” of The Rusted Chain, but I love the Capture Life or Believe pendants.

The biggest thing to happen in my life these past 2 years is my oldest son left for college!
Happy 2 years! So sweet! A lot has changed in 2 years…I started and completed grad school, now working for our church, expecting baby #2, and loving my husband more and more each day!
Happy 2-year anniversary! Can’t wait to meet you in person! 🙂
Lots of changes here in the past two years. Daughter went from a newborn, to a toddler right in the middle of the terrible twos. We’ve started homeschooling my son.
