A few weeks ago, our church hosted the Unfading Beauty Spring Fashion Revue and Mini-Conference, with amazing guest speaker Hayley DiMarco. It was tons of work, but SO much fun! I was honored to work on a project that helps girls and women find modest AND cute clothing, and most importantly, realize their beauty comes from their Creator!
I had the pleasure of working with a few online stores to line up cute and modest clothing for the models, including DownEast Basics and Nations Outfitters – both companies I ADORE!
As an added bonus, I was able to wear this super sweet dress from Nations Outfitters the night of the fashion show…
How fun and springy! I got SO many compliments on it and felt so girly – fun for me as a boy mama! Plus, I was totally comfortable in it all night! {They make this dress in a vintage teal and bright pink floral as well!}
For the evening, I paired the dress with a belt from Target, peep-toe heels from Payless and gold earrings from Kohls. In the fall, I’m thinking jean jacket and boots with it!
I also had a pic taken that night with one of my beautiful besties, who was also the hilarious emcee for the show…
Isn’t she gorgeous?! She was wearing a fabulous dress she got on clearance at Target! I {heart} the ruffles on it! And I LOVE her orange ring too!
So, I think I’ll be wearing my dress for Easter this weekend! What will you be wearing for Easter?

I received this dress from Nation Outfitters in exchange for wearing it at the show. I received no other compensation for this post and all opinions are 100% my own!
Love it! A perfect dress to wear year round! This is the 2nd time today I have seen “Nations Outfitters”. I will have to check them out!
{would love a follow up on this for MODsquad..hint, hint}
what a cute. springy dress!!
I am still trying to wear different clothes/outfits/earrings- instead of the ‘same outfit for 3-4 days in a row’ that I tend to do……
Yipee for dresses! You are adorable! I was just in my closet yesterday trying to see what I could put together for Easter. 🙂 I decided on a thrift dress I got over a year ago, with sweater of course, oh and my new Ssekos sandles. Have you seen those things yet? LOVE!
That dress is adorable on you! I love it, and look at you posing for the camera!
Oh my – so cute … you had me at vintage teal – might have to check that out!
I don’t know what I’m wearing for Easter; depends on the weather. I’d like to wear a dress but we’ll see. 😀
Both of those dresses are so cute! Love the color of the one you’re wearing. Sounds like it was a fun event.
