The truth is, every parent should be (and can be) a pastor to his or her children. The Dig has been my personal desire and attempt to teach our children the Bible from an early age.
These words come from the author of a brand new Bible study for families called The Dig for Kids
You may recognize the author’s name if you’re familiar with the wonderful site, The Better Mom. Patrick Schwenk is husband to The Better Mom founder, Ruth! Talk about a dynamic duo!
The Dig for Kids: Luke Vol. 1
Each lesson contains…
*The Map to tell you where the lesson is going.
*The Dig, or the main passage to be studied in the lesson.
*The Treasure you want your child to remember when the lesson is complete.
*The Display to put the Treasure into action in your lives!
If you’ve ever opened a Bible study and thought, “This is way over my head!” or “I don’t have time to prepare this kind of lesson!”, then you will be very pleased with The Dig for Kids
Any family can use this in their home – morning or bedtime devotions, homeschool Bible time, however you want!
