Oh my, this post has been a long time coming as I should have posted a month ago, but trust me, the wait will be worth it for you, especially if you hang on to the end!
The incredible people at Veggie Tales have been super busy getting more awesome things ready for our kiddos and I get to share two of those exciting things with you today!
First up…
A BRAND NEW DVD!
Robin Good & His Not So Merry Men
There’s no hurt too big for God! Robin Good has a mission – fundraising from the rich and giving to the poor! But when a greedy Prince starts stealing the townspeople’s hams, donations are down and Robin’s band of friends desert him to give robbing a try. Can Robin overcome his hurt, show his friends what’s right and restore the townspeople’s hope?
My boys could not be more thrilled about this DVD! Robin Hood is an attractive hero to boys, and now it is presented with the Veggie Tales twist and Christian values! We have all enjoyed watching it very much, along with a GREAT new song from Boyz in the Sink! You must check it out!
And secondly…
Veggie Tales has ventured into the world of Blu-Ray! We received a Blu-Ray player for Christmas, so I was thrilled to give these a try!
Six different Veggie Tales episodes are available in the Blu-Ray format: Pistachio, The Wizard of Ha’s, Moe and the Big Exit, LarryBoy and the Bad Apple, Big River Rescue, and Minnesota Cuke and the Search for Noah’s Umbrella.
The picture quality on these Blu-Ray versions is AMAZING! Each episode retails for $16.99 {at Christian stores} and includes the Blu-Ray disc and DVD. This also includes some bonus goodies only available on these new versions! We have had so much fun exploring the new features!

We just LOVE Veggie Tales in this house! My favorite episode is a toss up between Esther and Dave and the Giant Pickle. Of course I also love Rack, Shack and Benny! LOL We just love them all!
