It’s a beautiful Monday here, but Mondays are always in need of an extra wake-up call, don’t you think?

That’s right. I’m talking about the good stuff. Coffee. In my favorite big mug.

Even though I’m still nursing and take my coffee decaffeinated, there is just something about that cup of joe in the morning that makes me feel ready for the day, especially when paired with some peaceful music and Bible study…aahhh…

And the coffee is even better when it is made by good friends and benefits a good cause!

Avodah Coffee is owned and operated by the darling Jessica {of Muthering Heights} and her husband Jordan.

What is Avodah all about?

The word Avodah is Hebrew, and describes action that is simultaneously work, worship and service. It means that the work we do is more than a job – that bringing the awesome to our customers is about serving you, the farmers who grow the coffee, and those who benefit from the organizations we support.  All this combines under a lifestyle of Avodah, through which all we do becomes an offering.  When you see Avodah, you know you’re getting great coffee with a great purpose.

This coffee is GOOD, people.

I chose the Monsooned Malabar blend because of the decaf option. The purchase of this particular blend helps free women from human trafficking in India. I try to pray for these women every time I brew a cup.

I actually only have a Keurig {no regular coffee pot}, so I hadn’t bought actual coffee grounds in a long time. But Avodah was just the thing to push me over the edge to buy a reusable filter and start using the grounds more often! I love it!

Treat yourself this Monday and go buy yourself a bag or two of delicious Avodah Coffee. And know your coffee habit can now benefit someone else as well! {Don’t forget to keep this in mind for Christmas (or anytime!) gifts as well!}

*I received a bag of Avodah Coffee to review. I was not compensated in any way for this post and all opinions are 100% my own! I just wanted you to know how much this coffee rocks!
